Eligibility

Must be at or below 130% of FPL. Families who are homeless or who receive SNAP/TANF or SSI benefits, or children in foster care automatically are eligible. Must live in Snohomish County. Children with disabilities may qualify regardless of income.

Description

With a trained home visitor, low income families learn about child development, participate in health and nutrition screenings and develop a plan for family and child growth.
