Families with children from birth to age 3 who may have disabilities or developmental delays and living in Walla Walla County, Columbia County, Franklin County (Star School District No. 054), Benton County (Kiona-Benton City School District, Prosser School District, Richland School District)

Application process
Parents and Community Agencies can submit a developmental inquiry/referral online. A Family Resource Coordinator will then contact the family within 3 days.
