Pathways to Parenting provides supervised visitation for parents involved in family court issues. Dee Cummings is a Guardian ad Litem for Okanogan and Kittitas counties in WA State. This agency hosts the Parent-Child Assistance Program (PCAP), contracted through the WA State Health Care Authority (HCA). Providing 3-year case management services for mothers struggling with chemical dependency issues.
