This program offers 3 years of home visits and case-management for pregnant and parenting women with substance use issues. The goals are to help moms build healthy families and prevent substance use.

Pathways to Parenting provides supervised visitation for parents involved in family court issues. Dee Cummings is a Guardian ad Litem for Okanogan and Kittitas counties in WA State. This agency hosts the Parent-Child Assistance Program (PCAP), contracted through the WA State Health Care Authority (HCA). Providing 3-year case management services for mothers struggling with chemical dependency issues.
