Families with children from birth to age 3 who may have disabilities or developmental delays and living in Skagit County (Burlington-Edison School District, Concrete School District, Conway School District, La Conner School District, Mount Vernon School District, or Sedro-Woolley School District)

Early intervention (EI) services are designed for children birth to 3 with developmental delays or disabilities and their families to support learning and development.
