Description

Home visiting program for parents with children that have been recently discharged from any NICU, visits also occur in the Mary Bridge Children's Health Center &/or Mary Bridge Children's Hospital. Infants cannot be older than 6-8 months adjusted age and a referral must be placed through a primary care provider. Serves Pierce County and South King County. Must have a referral from a provider or social worker.
