The Y Social Impact Center is a private Child Placing Agency that provides licensing, placement, and case management support for foster parents and relative caregivers. The Y also offers a variety of behavioral and therapeutic services, Wraparound with Intensive Services (WiSe) and Behavioral Rehabilitation Services (BRS), for youth in out-of-home care.
