Description
Provides twice-weekly home visits to families from east Africa with children between the ages of 16 months - four (4) years. Families receive educational books and toys plus interaction techniques to stimulate language and build enthusiasm for learning. This free 2-year program builds child and parent skills for school success. Diapers are also offered to program participants.
