List of required documents: proof of income for the past 1-3 months prior to your application date, Social Security cards, birth certificates, or passports for everyone in the household (this includes children and roommates), Photo I.D. for all household members over the age of 18 Heating Bill: showing account number, applicant name, and service address Proof of Whitman County Residency: a piece of mail showing name and physical address, Proof of any child support—paid out or received, If sharing custody of a child, ~ proof of 51% or more custody, proof of any college financial aid, Heat included in rent: Copy of Lease and Wood Heat: any wood receipts from the last 12 months.
Eligibility
.To qualify, you must live in Whitman County, have US citizenship, or be a non-citizen national, and your household's monthly adjusted income must be at or below 150% of the federal poverty level.
