Children and Youth with Special Health Care Needs at Whatcom County Health and Community Services

Supports children and youth from birth through 18 years of age who have or are at increased risk for serious chronic physical, developmental, behavioral, or emotional conditions. Through partnerships with families, health care providers, schools, community organizations, and other local partners, the CYSHCN program strengthens connections to services and supports for children and youth with special health care needs. Families and community members can access information, connections, and referrals to help navigate available resources and services in the community.
