Northwest Community Action Center is one of more than 1,000 Community Action Agencies across the U.S. and one of 30 in Washington state. NCAC is part of a group known as “America’s Poverty Fighting Network.” NCAC helps those who are at-risk and low-income so they can reach a greater level of self-support. NCAC serves the mid and lower Yakima Valley.
