Application process
Applications open every year in mid-February and families can join a waitlist if they are not part of a group. There is a $25 refundable deposit due with registration to hold a family's spot. Apply online as a group or an individual family. Background checks are required for everyone attending Camp that is 13 years of age or older.

Provides a free 3 day/2 night camping experience for individuals of all ages with significant needs, along with their families and loved ones. Camp is located in the Cascade Mountains on White Pass, by Clear Lake. Prime Time offers many accessible activities like a treehouse, pontoon boat, and fire pit, while caring volunteers prepare all the meals. Applications open every year mid-February on www.campprimetime.org. There is a waiting list every year.

Camp Prime Time serves families with a seriously/terminally ill or developmentally disabled child(ren) in the Cascade Mountains just west of Naches, Washington. It provides a camping experience in the great outdoors where families can enjoy themselves in a supportive atmosphere at no cost to the family.
