Eligibility

Live in Washington State and are pregnant, a new mother, or have a child up to 5 years of age. Foster children under five years of age and foster teens are income-eligible for WIC. Family income is within the income guidelines.

Required documents

Proof of ID, proof of income for the family, and proof of residence in Washington State.

Tue, Wed 8:00am - 12:00pm, 1:00pm - 5:00pm Now for in-person services both Tuesday and Wednesday. Closed for Lunch: 12:00pm - 1:00pm

Description
