Eligibility

Live in Washington State and are pregnant, a new mother, or have a child up to 5 years of age. Foster children under five years of age and foster teens are income-eligible for WIC. Family income is within the income guidelines.

Required documents

Proof of ID for that person. Proof of income for the family. Proof of residence in Washington State.

The WIC is a nutrition program for pregnant people, new and breastfeeding & chestfeeding parents, and children under 5. It provides monthly benefits for healthy foods, health screenings and referrals, nutrition education, and breastfeeding & chestfeeding support.
