Eligibility

Must be low income (see online for income guidelines or call for more details). Must live in Central Seattle, South Seattle, West Seattle, Burien, or Tukwila. Must be pregnant or child must be 0-3 years of age.

Description

With a trained home visitor, low income families that are pregnant or have a child 0-3 can learn about child development, participate in health and nutrition screenings and develop a plan for family and child growth. Serves Central Seattle, South Seattle, West Seattle, Burien, and Tukwila. The online application can be accessed via the website.
