Parent-Child Assistance Program (PCAP) at Family Education and Support Services (Mason County)
PCAP is a home visitation case-management program for pregnant and parenting women with substance use disorders. PCAP goals are to help mothers build healthy families and prevent future births of children exposed prenatally to alcohol and drugs. No cold calls will be made, meaning a person who is referred must agree to participate before they are called to complete an intake.
