WIC is a nutrition program for pregnant people, new and breastfeeding & chestfeeding parents, and children under 5. It provides monthly benefits for healthy foods, health screenings and referrals, nutrition education, and breastfeeding & chestfeeding support.

Required documents

Proof of ID, proof of income for the family, and proof of residence in Washington State.

Eligibility

Live in Washington State and are pregnant, a new mother, or have a child up to 5 years of age. Foster children under five years of age and foster teens are income-eligible for WIC. Family income is within the income guidelines.
