Must live in Clallam or Jefferson County. Women must be pregnant or up to 24 months post-partum, used alcohol or drugs during pregnancy and are ineffectively connected to community services

Description

PCAP is a home visitation case-management program for pregnant and parenting women with substance use disorders. PCAP goals are to help mothers build healthy families and prevent future births of children exposed prenatally to alcohol and drugs.
