Live in Washington State and are pregnant, a new parent, or have a child up to 5 years of age. Foster children under five years of age and foster teens are income-eligible for WIC. Family income is within the income guidelines.
Proof of ID for that person. Proof of income for the family. Proof of residence in Washington State.
