Provides year-round, weekly home visits for low-income families that are pregnant or have a children 0-3 years old. Participants learn about child development, participate in health and nutrition screenings and develop a plan for family and child growth. Serves Yakima, Grant, Adams, and Franklin Counties. Neighboring towns, outside the service area, can call to ask if their location can be accommodated.
