Families with children from birth to age 3 who may have disabilities or developmental delays and living in Grays Harbor County, Mason County (Hood Canal School District, Mary M Knight School District, Pioneer School District, Shelton School District, Southside School District), or Thurston County (Griffin School District, North Thurston Public Schools, Rainier School District, Rochester School District, Tenino School District, Tumwater School District, Yelm School District)
