WIC is a nutrition program for pregnant people, new and breastfeeding & chestfeeding parents, and children under 5. It provides monthly benefits for healthy foods, health screenings & referrals, nutrition education, and breastfeeding & chestfeeding support.

Eligibility

Live in Washington State, meet the income guidelines, and are pregnant, a new parent, or have a child up to 5 years of age. Foster children under five years of age and foster teens are income-eligible for WIC
