Provides 90 minute home visits designed for children 0-35 months (has not turned 3 years of age by September 1st of the current enrollment year). Additionally, the Early Head Start program includes a Prenatal Program that provides home visits during pregnancy and 2 Socializations (play-groups) a month with caregivers and children in the program.
