Eligibility
Pregnant people, parents who are breastfeeding a baby under 1 year of
age, Persons who have had a pregnancy in the past six months, infants,
and children under the age of 5.
Required documents
Proof of ID for that person.
Proof of income for the family.
Proof of residence in Washington State.

Fri 8:00am - 12:00pm, 1:00pm - 5:00pm
