Youth Navigator Program at Kids' Mental Health North Central WA

Provides behavioral health resources and case management for school-aged youth (K-12) and their families including outpatient service recommendations, care coordination needs, behavioral management strategies, safety planning strategies, transitional planning, discharge planning and family engagement strategies. Most meetings are facilitated virtually over Zoom. Serves youth and families who reside in Okanogan, Chelan/Douglas, and Grant counties. For information in Spanish call 509-668-3707.
