This is a directory of providers who have registered as accepting new Apple Health clients. If you are receiving Apple Health coverage through a managed care plan (i.e. Wellpoint, Community Health Plan of Washington, Coordinated Care, Molina, or United Health) you must contact the plan to find a medical provider.
