Eligibility
Live in Washington State, have a medical or nutrition need, are pregnant, a new mother, or have a child under the age of 5. Foster children under the age of 5 and foster teens who are pregnant.

Proof of ID for that person.
Proof of income for the family.
Proof of residence in Washington State.
