Patients must meet age requirements. Provides psychological evaluations and ABA therapy for autism for children up to 11 years of age. Speech therapy is offered for ages 18 months through 21 years of age.

Application process

Call to make an appointment. The intake paperwork is available on the website, icardpllc.com, or you can call to have the paperwork mailed to your address. There is a waitlist for evaluations.

Accepts most commercial insurances including BCBS, Tricare, United Healthcare, Kaiser Permanente, etc. and Medicaid/Apple Health.
