This WIC clinic serves only individuals enrolled in or descendants of a
Federally Recognized tribe. If you are enrolled in one of the
following services, you may qualify: Medicaid, Temporary Assistance
for Needy Families (TANF), Basic Food (SNAP), or The Commodity Food
Bank. If you are not enrolled in these services, you might qualify
based on your income.
Proof of ID for that person.
Proof of income for the family.
Proof of residence in Washington State.

It provides monthly benefits for food, health screenings and referrals, nutrition education, and breastfeeding & chestfeeding support. This site is only for Native Americans living in Whatcom County.
