Parent-Child Assistance Program (PCAP) at Family Education and Support Services
PCAP is a 3 year home visitation, case-management program for pregnant and parenting women with self-reported substance use (this includes THC, Alcohol, and MAT). PCAPs goals are to help mothers build healthy families, connect families to available resources, and prevent future births of children exposed prenatally to alcohol and drugs. No cold calls will be made, meaning a person who is referred must agree to be contacted. Serves Mason, Thurston, and Lewis counties.

Eligibility
Must be pregnant, be up to 1 year postpartum, or miscarried and self-report substance use during pregnancy OR have a FASD/ NAS diagnosis for mother or baby.
