Eligibility

Currently seeking BIPOC families who identify as Spanish-speaking, Somali, or African American to participate in the program. Eligible families will be paired with a culturally or linguistically matched home visitor to ensure personalized and respectful support that honors each family's unique background and needs. Participants must also be willing to commit to a 46-week program to ensure consistent engagement and support throughout the experience.
