including those who have experienced any kind of pregnancy loss or
termination, and persons who are breastfeeding an infant up to the age
of 1. Infants, including foster infants and children up to 5 years
old, including foster children and children being cared for by others.

Proof of income for the family.
Proof of residence in Washington State.
