- Parents experiencing a substance use disorder and poverty - Expecting or with a child under 1-year-old, and children up to 8-years-old as space is available - Residing or with a dependency case in Snohomish County - Either prevention (no case or voluntary) or dependency case

Description

Homeward House Collaborative provides peer support and wraparound services to prevent the harms of separation for families experiencing substance use disorders and poverty in Snohomish County. Parent Ally Mentors offer judgement-free peer support to help parents stabilize and continue to build their parent-child bond. Homeward House is also a family resource and visitation center where parents can have visitation in a homelike environment with access to a kitchen, nurseries, backyard, laundry, and baby supplies. Partner agencies provide services including shelter/housing, early childhood education, behavioral health services, education and employment support, parent representation and more. Also provides on-site/in-home infant mental health services.
