Nurse-Family Partnership is a free program for people who are pregnant with their first baby. A specially trained nurse provides home or community visits throughout the pregnancy and continues until the baby turns two years old. During these visits, the nurse offers knowledge and support to help participants confidently create a better life for themselves and their baby. Serves Kitsap County.
