Must be pregnant or have a child 0-36 months, must be low income. Must live in Pierce County (with some exceptions). Children in foster or kinship care or experiencing homelessness automatically qualify.
*Child's birth certificate
*Prior year household income if not receiving public assistance or child in foster/kinship care
*Foster/Kinship caregiver authorization letter if applicable
*Proof of public assistance and monthly amount if applicable (SNAP, TANF, SSI)
