WE SERVE: Residents of Island County who have received a power disconnect notice or don't have enough heating fuel. WE PROVIDE: Connections to programs that help with the cost of electricity, natural gas, propane or heating oil, wood pellets or fire logs. OTHER: Each program considers how many people in a household and the amount of total monthly income.
