The Workforce Development Program offers Puyallup Tribal members structured pathways to employment through hands‑on work experience, job‑readiness support, and coordinated placement within tribal departments and partner organizations. Services include 240‑hour employment placements, extended training opportunities, and specialized programs such as Clean Our Rez and Cemetery Maintenance, all designed to build skills, strengthen work history, and prepare members for long‑term career opportunities. Staff also assist with resumes, interview practice, computer skills, and obtaining required certifications to ensure members enter the workforce confident and prepared.
