Must be enrolled in Apple Health (Medicaid) in Garfield, Pend Oreille, Asotin, Grant, Spokane, Whitman, Ferry, Lincoln, or Stevens counties. Transportation requirements must be for a medical visit, such as dialysis, OB, medical, dental, or scheduled COVID-19 immunization appointments.
