Must be enrolled in Apple Health (Medicaid) in Garfield, Pend Oreille,
Asotin, Grant, Spokane, Whitman, Ferry, Lincoln, or Stevens counties.
Transportation requirements must be for a medical visit, such as
dialysis, OB, medical, dental, or scheduled COVID-19 immunization
appointments.

Please call at least 7–14 days before your appointment. If you request transportation less than 2 business days before your appointment, they may not be able to schedule transportation for you.
