Proof of ID for that person. Proof of income for the family. Proof of residence in Washington State.

Mon - Fri 7:00am - 4:45pm Closed 1st working day of each month in the AM/ Must have Base Access. Closed for Lunch: 12:45pm - 1:45pm

Description

WIC is a nutrition program for pregnant people, new and breastfeeding & chestfeeding parents, and children under 5. It provides monthly benefits for healthy foods, health screenings & referrals, nutrition education, and breastfeeding & chestfeeding support. This clinic serves military families only as it is located inside a military base.
