Together for Children is a home visiting program that creates a system of support for Port Gamble S’Klallam families expecting or raising young children that allows them to be successful in parenting emotionally and physically vibrant children. Families should enroll during pregnancy or before the child turns 1, and services are provided until the child is 3 years old.
