Application process
Referring provider places a referral for a specific service including the patient's diagnosis which is then faxed to our facility at 360-814-5467. Faxes usually take 1-2 days to process in our system. Parent/Guardian must then call the office at 360-814-2699 to schedule an initial evaluation for the service recommended.

Billed through insurance. Accepts Apple Health and most state insurances.

The Children’s Therapy Program at Skagit Regional Health is a clinically based, family focused program providing one-on-one attention and small group physical, occupational and speech-language therapy to children with a full range of special needs. Our pediatric rehabilitation services includes family education and home programs.
