WIC is a nutrition program for pregnant people, new and breastfeeding & chestfeeding parents, and children under 5. It provides monthly benefits for healthy foods (like milk, cereal, fruits and vegetables), health screenings and referrals, nutrition education, and breastfeeding & chestfeeding support.
