Proof of ID, proof of income for the family, and proof of residence in Washington State.

Eligibility

Live in Washington State and are pregnant, a new mother, or have a child up to 5 years of age. Foster children under five years of age and foster teens are income-eligible for WIC. Family income is within the income guidelines.
