Must meet income requirements or have a foster child. Families from West African countries receive priority for registration, but any extra openings may be filled by other families.

Description

Home visiting program that provides your child with a free quality book or educational toy each week - at least 46 new books & toys. A community-based Early Learning Specialist will visit your home twice a week for 30 minutes to help you get your child ready for school. Primarily serves families from West Africa.
