The Nutrition Program for Women, Infants and Children (WIC) at Nooksack Medical Clinic (Everson)

You must live in Washington State, have a medical or nutritional need,
and be pregnant, a new mother, or have a child under five years of
age. Foster children under the age of five and foster teens who are
pregnant are income-eligible for WIC. An individual who is pregnant is
counted as a family of two. If they are having twins, they are counted
as a family of three.
Proof of ID for that person.
Proof of income for the family.
Proof of residence in Washington State.
