You must live in Washington State, have a medical or nutritional need, and be pregnant, a new mother, or have a child under five years of age. Foster children under the age of five and foster teens who are pregnant are income-eligible for WIC. An individual who is pregnant is counted as a family of two. If they are having twins, they are counted as a family of three.
