WE SERVE: Parents and caregivers of children ages 0-5 years hold in need of clothing and supplies. WE PROVIDE: Supportive environments to shop for free gently used clothing, baby items, diapers, shoes, as well as formula and books at two locations on Whidbey Island (Oak Harbor and Langley). OTHER: Parents and caregivers of children from birth to age 5 are eligible.

Program to help Whatcom Dream Financial Empowerment Course Graduates purchase school clothing and supplies for their children. Participants can purchase a $100 gift card for only $25. Proceeds go into a scholarship fund, which allows Whatcom Dream to offer Financial Empowerment courses for free.

The Holiday Giving Store is set up just like a store, but gifts are free to families that qualify. We Serve: The Clothing Bank is open to everyone — men, women, and children of all ages — regardless of income or background. We Provide: The Clothing Bank offers new and gently used clothing for people in need. Anyone can “shop” for clothing at no charge, choosing items that fit and suit their household. In addition to everyday clothing, there is a back‑to‑school event (in mid‑August) where backpacks, school supplies, and clothing are provided. The Caring Place also offers diapers, toiletries, and other essential items, along with support to connect with other community resources. Residents in Stanwood-Camano may shop 1x per month and all other residents may shop 1x every other month. Other: There are no special requirements or documents needed to use the Clothing Bank. The only information request is name and date of birth.

Dove House Advocacy Services provides free, confidential support including a 24/7 crisis line, emergency family shelter, counseling, legal and medical advocacy, safety planning, support groups, and access to resources like the Recovery Café and clothing closet for survivors of abuse in Jefferson County.
