The TED program provides distance communication equipment and training services to individuals over the age of four with a speech or hearing impairment. Managed by DSHS's Office of the Deaf and Hard of Hearing (ODHH), this program provides assessment and training services to participants with speech impairments as well as any participant who has co-current physical/cognitive disabilities.
