We Provide: Same‑Day Clinic / Urgent care plus services such as Chronic Care, Respiratory Care, Women’s Health Care, Procedures, Laboratory, Cardiology, Podiatry, Physical Therapy, Counseling and Mental Health Support, and dental. Other: You must be uninsured or underinsured (i.e. your insurance doesn’t cover needed care or you have a very high deductible). For the Dental Clinic specifically (operated with partners), there is an additional requirement that your household income be at or below 250 % of the Federal Poverty Level. Services are offered for free or at very low cost (i.e. “little or no cost”) depending on financial need.
