WE SERVE: Individuals and families in South Whidbey who are facing a sudden financial hardship resulting in an inability to pay for basic needs. WE PROVIDE: Immediate financial assistance with heating bills, electric bills, rent, mortgage payments, car repairs, and home emergencies and referrals for longer-term assistance.

Utility Assistance
Provides limited financial assistance to current food bank clients on a case-by-case basis. Call to speak with a Financial Aid volunteer and determine if your situation qualifies. See website for eligibility requirements.
Provides small financial assistance grants (less than $300) to support survivors of gender-based violence, work discrimination, or crime. Funding is intended to help with basic needs such as transportation, utilities, food, clothing, and sometimes rent. Priority for funds goes to Trans, Two-Spirit, and gender-diverse BIPOC clients.
Provides emergency assistance to help any woman resident of San Juan County to address a one-time problem for which other assistance is unavailable. Women in need are identified through referrals from local community resource centers.
