WE PROVIDE: A range of early intervention services that include full developmental assessments, occupational, physical, speech, and feeding therapies as well as infant and early childhood mental health, ABA services, education, parent support, and parent resource coordination. All services are provided in the home to weave therapeutic practices into daily routines. OTHER: Eligibility varies by program: Families with children from birth to age 3 who may have disabilities or developmental delays. Mental health services extend through age 5. Children from birth to kindergarten who may have Autism (currently only on Whidbey). If you're concerned about your child's development, please contact us for an evaluation.

You and your family can come to the Food Bank to shop for groceries and needed items, much like in a grocery store setting. We Provide: The Food Bank offers a variety of staple food items such as rice, beans, canned goods, milk, meat, and fresh produce. Get a number ticket (either in person or via virtual queue). When your number is called, check in and shop. We Serve: The Clothing Bank is open to everyone — men, women, and children of all ages — regardless of income or background. We Provide: The Clothing Bank offers new and gently used clothing for people in need. Anyone can “shop” for clothing at no charge, choosing items that fit and suit their household. In addition to everyday clothing, there is a back‑to‑school event (in mid‑August) where backpacks, school supplies, and clothing are provided. The Caring Place also offers diapers, toiletries, and other essential items, along with support to connect with other community resources. Residents in Stanwood-Camano may shop 1x per month and all other residents may shop 1x every other month. Other: There are no special requirements or documents needed to use the Clothing Bank. The only information request is name and date of birth.

WE PROVIDE: Home visits from trained staff who provide guidance and education on topics important to new parents in the military, including prenatal health, newborn care, nutrition, breastfeeding support, and child development.
